Linh Nghiem is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Statistics. As a researcher working in the interface of statistics and machine learning, Linh is interested in developing innovative methodologies and working with collaborators to address scientific questions using data. Linh’s methodological research is focused on measurement error modeling, dimension reduction and graphical models. On the applied side, Linh is also collaborating with scientists to investigate human perception of music as well as how music can be used to improve social empathy among people in society. Linh’s research has been published in a number of top-ranked statistics journals including Biometrika, Biometrics and Statistics in Medicine.
