Jananie William is a Senior Lecturer in Actuarial Studies, Research Affiliate with the Global Institute of Women's Leadership (ANU) and Advisor to The Social Outcomes Lab. Jananie's primary areas of research are in public health and public policy, with a focus on actuarial applications to issues that adversely affect women. Her research centres on the health and economic security of women across their lifetime. She works with cross-discipline teams to address these complex issues which include domestic and family violence, maternal health and the gender pay gap. Jananie’s work has been published in leading scholarly journals including Annals of Actuarial Science and Accounting and Finance.
