Report on the gender pay gap in Australia
Jananie William has co-authored the report “Gender pay gap reporting in Australia --Time for an upgrade”. More information, including a link to the full report, can be found here. UPDATE: On 30 March 2023, Parliament passed legislation which enforces the key recommendation of the report to publicly publish the gender pay gaps of individual organisations. 2022 Australasian Actuarial Education and Research Symposium (AAERS)
The 2022 AAERS will be held at ANU on 24-25 November 2022.
The AAERS is an annual international actuarial conference that brings together researchers, educators, industry practitioners and research students from around the world to share their research and discuss actuarial education. Further information can be found at the symposium webpage.
Jia (Jacie) Liu has joined ANU as a Lecturer of Actuarial Studies
Jacie Liu will shortly submit her PhD at Western Sydney University, and has research experience across both actuarial studies and finance.
